With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Tina Tesch is a true artist, entrepreneur, investor and mentor. As the founder of Beaushe Salon in picturesque Dana Point, Tina has created more than just a salon — she’s cultivated a luxurious haven where effortless beauty meets elevated artistry.

Tina is renowned for her signature lived-in color, expert blonding, and transformative extensions, delivering bespoke looks that blend modern techniques with timeless elegance. Her passion for innovation led her to develop her own exclusive line of professional hair care products, designed to support healthy, beautiful hair beyond the salon chair.

Originally from Southwest Florida, Tina brings warmth and authenticity to everything she does — from curating stunning transformations to guiding the next generation of stylists through her acclaimed salon assistant program and her honest, inspiring podcast, Truth or Hair.

When she’s not behind the chair or mentoring, you’ll find her exploring the world, sipping cold brew, enjoying Pilates, reading a  new book, shopping, interior designing or spending time with her husband and their two Boston Terriers.
