We require a 48 hour reschedule or cancellation.

A credit card is required to book and secure an appointment. $100 non refundable deposit required for all consultations and new salon clients which will go towards your service.

A 50% service fee will be charged for all clients not giving a 48 hour reschedule or cancellation. All no shows will forfeit deposit and be charged 100% of service. If we do not receive cancellation or reschedule in a 48 hour window and please note no-shows will not be re-booked.

In the event you’re unhappy with your service, please contact the salon immediately so we may make appropriate adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Re-dos must be completed within one week of original service by the original stylist. This policy will only be honored when additional cutting or chemical services have not been rendered between the original and redo services.

The charge for the adjustment will be discussed and agreed upon before the service is provided.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
